Senna was great and im taking nothing away from him but its a bit like Kurt Cobain, death has enhanced his rep. I perfer to deal in facts and figures and that's why I favour Schumi.

Of course this has nothing to do with the fact that I am currently in the process of stalking Schumi around Melbourne  . I am determined to track him down and will be walking around the track tonight to see who I can spot. He is currently in Melbourne and I have many spies on the look out  .

Senna had a lot more strong competitors around during his career and still won 3 titles (Prost, Mansell, Piquet, together good for 8 world titles). Besides that Senna didn't need a team mate who was not allowed to attack him (Irvine, Barrichello, Massa) and faught tough battles within the McLaren against Prost.

Schumi had Hill, Jacque, Mika, Alonso which must be like 6 world titles?

But I wouldnt compare the competitions world titles because Schumi won so many that he didnt give anyone else a chance to win.

Irvine, Barrichello, Massa are not fit to be meationed in the same sentance as Schumi, they wouldnt have beat him to any world titles. Sure, they would have won more races but not world titles.

But Hill only had a car to race for the championship between 1994 and 1996. Villeneuve only in 1996 and 1997. Hakkinen only from 1998 to 2000. Alonso only in 2005 & 2006 (& 2007, but Schumi was retired).

And my point is not that Irvine, Barrichello & Massa were/are such great drivers who would beat Schumi, but that Schumi would not allow a top driver at his side in the Benetton or Ferrari. Plus he would always get updates on the car earlier than his team mates. Ask Jos Verstappen, Johnny Herbert, Eddie Irvine & Rubens.

I would rate Barrichello & Massa as both very good drivers, not in the same class a Schumi but both good enough.

I dont think it was the way he wouldnt allow a top driver to join him in the team, why would the team want anyone to replace Massa, Barrichello or Irvine at the time? They were doing a good job for the team and the team was winning. Many teams favour one driver over the other, that' has always been the case in F1 and will continue to be the case. Alonso got the best at Renault, I'm sure Hamilton got the best at Mclaren the past 2 season, despite what Mclaren say, Alonso has said the same during his time there with Mclaren.

Schumi is always favoured in teams and the team try to keep him happy at all time because he is worth that much to them. It's like Rossi in MotoGP, he gets everything he wants, why?, because he is the best and to be the best you must be have to vicious towards everyone else, you only get away with it within teams because you are the best.     

Also when Schumi joined Ferrai they were lost. He & Ross and a few others built that team into what it is today. They turned it into a monster of a team. Schumi may have had the best car, sometimes he didint, but it was the best because he made it the best.

Can't fucking wait for the race on Sunday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still can't believe im actually going to see a race after all the years of watching it, and to make it even better Schumi came out of retirement just so I could see him!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think ive been this excited since Christmas Eve when I was 6.

Hehe, cool man! Enjoy! I've seen 7 races (all Spa-Franchorchamps). The sounds and speed are really awesome! Hard to follow the race w/o screens though!

Ya, there is a screen across the way from my grandstand.

It's going to be so cool but my stalking of Schumi around Melbourne have so far failed. Rumour had it he was walking the track last night but when I went down the security was so tight, I couldnt get in. Still dont know if the rumour was true or not  .

Hamilton got caught messing around in a sports car next to the street I live on, the car got taken off him

The race kicked fucking ass! Had a great view from my grandstand. Pity about Schumi, but I did see him overtake the Toro Roso right in front of me. Great drive by Button, Hamilton had a good race too, but big respect to Kubica who drove the wheels off it  .

The rain really helped keep it interesting. The Aussie crowd were not to pleased about Webber
