Rose Tattoo I have nothing against, I was front row at the Guns gig, I watched the bassist look half dead (from boredom or old age, either one will do) as he hit the same not for the entire set, Screaming Jets again, they're ok, but yeah, elitism gets you nowhere when you're arguing for a lost cause. Australian music fucking sucks. Outside Silverchair it's all the same sounding AC/DC clone garbage, at least they did something different.
The only decent bands I've found in Australian music are underground metal bands who only sell albums by having their own shelf in Metal Mayhem under the train tracks in Melbourne. Vanishing Point, for one, KICK ASS. Probably ripped of Dream Theater, but they still kick ass, thank Maiden for introducing me to them.
