me too but why would they do that? they know the mainstream hasn't heard the leaks and they damn sure don't care about us so why would they do/use something new?

also im not so sure wether or the song titles that were mentioned during the years will still count, for example when axl made the joke about stinson (thought it was him) working hard on this song and him on some girl that means they are constantly working on material so that could mean what was a supposed tracklist in 2005 could be a totally different one in 2008

maybey they didn't feel good about the tracklist in 2006 so they worked hard and made some extra songs and saved the other songs for album number 2 or 3

Also, the new material will be so produced/layered that he would never be ever to play them live (Catcher in the Rye?).

Finally, Axl would rather be left alone ... but release his music too.

Still a long way off for a first single, but out of the new songs that we've heard so far I would have to say 'Better'. It has the most 'commercial' appeal of them all and would make the biggest impact on the 'general' ( no pun intended  ) audience which is needed in order to turn CD into a success.
However I still believe that the GNR name itself and the anticipation is enough to sell the album whenever it may be released.
