    things turned more and more creepy when adler said to the whole media that he's bisexual, i'm so sure that axl and slash knew the scary secret before so they kicked him out of the band while telling "he was a real stoner out of control who could destroy gnr" but after all this fucking time i can see behind those cheap lies, why geffen didn't save him that time? why didn't they pay expensive psychologists to cure the fallen rock start"? it's just because adler was trying to date some original member those days, maybe he was in love with slash but slash didn't wish him that way, loved him only like a brother so they all didn't want to face the usa media so they all had keeping the top secret for so long but i'm so sure that adler was almost ready to open his big mouth up to talk about his gayness,it could happen when the geffen was fighting to make him lay off all those drugs while touring, check it out guys:

i've heard it before, i couldn't believe it though but i now do because every gnr fan is talking about it on gnr forums,i now do because it's the only logic to understand that ugly situation in gnr in the 80's, maybe that's why adler won't stop hating them ever, they didn't protect him for being gay when he needed them most, this world really scares me

axl didn't want him to play in the band in 1990 because adler wanted to express his gayness but they all knew it was a madness to do that time when elton john even was afraid to tell it, he did it in 1996 when internet started to protect gay comunity around the world, we all know there are a lot of drug addict rock stars but they are still around because their company records have payed million dollars to cure them then why the geffen company didn't do the same? oh come on dudes, stop being jerks, use your heads somewhat to understand this !!!!

You should respect Steven Adler because of what he did... That's why I respect Slash, Duff n' Axl... even Sorum sometimes. (don't ask me about Izzy, I still think he is a god)
I'm with you when you say Adler still believes he is in his 20's, the man is fuckin' sick. But c'mon he was part of that line-up. He wasn't "bloody useless", he was awesome!! Duff wasn't much of a bass player either, but damn I'm glad he recorded AFD.

Adler was and still is a bloody useless drummer, technically, he sucks, you can't argue with that whatsoever, even drummers like Tommy Lee are all over the place. Doesn't mean I’m not glad he was on the album, i love that he's on AFD, the 'classic' line up was awesome, but I’m glad Axl did what was right for the band and got rid, Axl wanted the band to progress unlike a lot of 80's bands that just faded away, and thanks to his decision they did, and they made some more fantastic albums, not to mention, if Adler had remained in the band, it would have no doubt led to more cancelled shows etc.

i think Adler still does drugs, i saw him on one video, he is the second ozzy, the same kind, wasted by drugs...never liked him....even if he is clean, what i doubt, he is useless......

Adler had a stroke.  thats why he sounds fucked up all the time.  it affected his speech.

He was interesting, and most importantaly he fit in the band....kinda like Ringo fit in the beatles.  You don't always have to technically be the best drummer to be the right drummer for the band.

Adler was the best drummer for GNR, he has such an interesting sound. Sorum might have more skill but he just sounds boring (for me anyway)
