THIS EMAIL IS GOING AROUND IN FORUMS ALL OVER. SO READ IT, AND MAKE YOUR OWN CONCLUSION IF IT'S BULLSHIT, OR THE TRUTH.
FOR MY PART, I PERSONALLY THINK IT'S BULLSHIT, CAUSE I DON'T SEE HOW THEY COULD NOT PUT "CATCHER IN THE RYE" ON THE ALBUM. BUT THEN AGAIN, I MAY BE WRONG!
SORRY IF I REPOST IT' BECAUSE I FUCKED UP. I SAID TWAT WOULDN'T BE THERE, BUT IT'S CATCHER IN THE RYE. SORRY, MY FAULT.

"IF"

The title of this track has been spotted on a set list picture taken by George Chin, and has appeared on the band's official website. It appeared as "If The World" but the title has been shortened to "If" for the album. It was written by W. Axl Rose, and is basicallyabout "what could have been". It is written about loosely about Stephanie Seymour, Axl's ex. It is the opener of the album, andhas a surprising pace. Going from ballad to rocker is 0.016 seconds. It has a brilliant chorus, and will no doubt be accepted by fansas a Guns N' Roses song. And go down with the likes of "Estranged", "Don't Cry" & "November Rain", because it has that epic style.
It has alot of pressure being the opener, which Axl insisted it be, but it has a great epic rocking vibe, and runs a bit short of six minutes long. It's chorus surprisingly features female backing vocals near the end, although I'm not sure exactly who it is. It's not a duet! Don't think that! That's about all the info I can give for this one, main thing is, don't press play and think it's gonna start of rocking. Chinese Democracy begins with "If", a slow emotional masterpiece, that gains energy as time goes by. Near the end, you'll be headbanging. You must excuse me, I'm not
a proffesional writer, so I can't really find the write words to describe things. But I'm trying really hard, and I'll hopefully be of some help. You've waited a long time, and deserve some real descriptions and info, it's not like I'm leaking the thing. And I'd like to add that I only listened to the CD as a whole, twice.

"IRS"

I, like most of you, have downloaded the demos when they leaked (which was obviously leaked on purpose, but only an idiot would think otherwise).
So this will be more like comparing the demo you heard to the actual studio version. First off, the intro- the studio version kicks off with drums, and some
nice electric reverb. It really kicks in. That's a nice way of describing it. The biggest difference is the speed. On the album "I.R.S" is very, very fast paced, and
lost it's "bluesy-ness" that it had with the "1999" (or so they say, I'm not sure) demo. But kept with the 99' demo, is the sirens. That's my favorite part.
Most of you are gonna be upset, because Buckethead's solo has been sadly replaced. Now, it's Robin Finck's. And that's all, it sounds so much like the demo
you already heard, I might as well skip any more descriptions of the sound itself. This was originately written acoustic by Axl and Chris Pitman. But over the years,
changed drastically. Not a high point of the album, but I don't think anyone will mind because it goes by so fast. I'll also add, that Axl's voice is very high up in the
mix. Oh and the ending is a bit different. A nice industrial touch was added.

"BETTER"

The first single, "Better" is a very poppy song with the right amount of rock. You heard the demo, you heard it live.
The big thing I can tell you is that the climax of the song has been drastically calmed down from Buckethead's old part.
Time will tell, but I think it will do fairly well on the charts. I have no information regarding a mucic video though, I'm sorry.
There will be one, but I don't know who will direct, or anything like that. Robin Finck wrote the majority of the music, and
Axl wrote the lyrics. Not much more I can say. Not because I'm afraid, but there's really no point of describing songs you heard,
unless there is a significant change. I'll focus more on the songs you haven't heard, why? Because I had a privelidge to hear
this remarkable album, and I'm nice enough to share these words. As I type this, I feel bad that I'm going to have to sign this
anonymously. I apologize for that. As I type these words, "Better" is just 3 weeks away from radio. Ga ga.

"THE BLUES"

"Fragile: Handle gently", I wish those words were printed to this song a few years ago, but they sadly weren't. And Axl & co
decided to punch it in the face really hard. Remember this is just my opinion, but I heard this song first in 2001, and I fell in love
with it. But, the album version has went through several tweeks, and franky, it just doesn't have the same magic. I love Andy's
work, but on this one, I think the drums are mixed wrong. And I'm too picky when it comes to stuff like this, but the drums are
fucked. Words can't desribe, must go on (subject change). It's listenable, and I don't hate it. I just think it lost what magic it had.
'what could of been" you know? ironiclly, the subject matter in the opening track, "If". But you read that one already most likely,
I'll just move on. "The Blues" fans don't get your hopes up too high.

"PROSTITUTE"

I love it. What a riff! (or rift, I don't know) I think this is the strongest track, and by this (the 5th song) I think a smile will be on the
listeners face, as Axl sings like it's 1988, and you just feel it. The emotion. I won't say much more, because I don't want to spoil it.
The surprise, I mean. This is a big gun (PS this isn't about an actual prostitute like you'd find on a street corner). But out of the songs,
I pick this one as the one to look out for, and don't download it when it leaks, experience it the right way.

"REPRISE"

First off, this isn't a reprise of any previous song on the album, don't be fooled. I'm not sure who gets the writing credits, but
it was written quite recently, in 2006. The first half is all about memorys (not anything like Yesterdays), and it changes on it's
meaning on the second half, to being about forgetting. A little cliche but I don't think anyone will mind. This one plays as if a
dream, very unique. Whoever it is on keys, Dizzy or Chris (maybe even Axl), they do a wonderful job. um... most of you heard
a version of "Catcher In The Rye" last year (which wasn't intentionally leaked), well, that song won't be on the album, but I decribe
"Reprise" as a "Catcher In The Rye" style song musically. I think you'll like it. Axl really pours his heart out on this one. Oh I'll also add
that the intro to "Chinese Democracy" live on the 2006 tour, is actually the end of this song, it still leads into chinese democracy though,
but I thought you all would like to know that. And the song is 4-5 minutes long.

"CHINESE DEMOCRACY"

Goes straight into the familar (by now) rift, and it's basically a short grungy song without any real important value or meaning,
but it's a nice rocker. I love the tranisition from "Reprise". I won't waste letters describing a song you heard already. Not much change
besids the intro.

"MADAGASCAR"

Everything is the same as played live, quotes included.

"SORRY"

Very "stringy". If that makes any sense to you. You heard Baz say his words about it in Stone, but trust, the dude is way off on his
description. What did he describe it as? I don't have it in front of me, but I think it was like something Metal. It's metal (parts of it) but
not the kind he said, I noted that when he said it. I won't even bother, you'll trust the Skid Row guy before Mr. annoymous anyday.
I'll come out of the closet once CD is released, and you can all tell me how right I was.

"THYME"

"Reprise" leads into "Chinese Democracy", "Thyme" lead into "There Was A Time". This song is also dream like, and has a very cryptic
meaning. I don't know what else to say. It has some sick beats though.

"THERE WAS A TIME"

I realize that my descriptions are getting lazier, and I apolize. This song went through some major changes in 2006. After playing it
live a couple times, Axl decided to drop it, and work on it some more. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Much improvment. The lyrics also
changed quite abit. Only listening to it twice, it's hard to recite all the words, but I know instead of the first words being "Broken glass
and cigarrettes", the first lyrics are now "Cliche of yesterday". Which are cool. the broken glass/ cigarette lyrics are still there though, but
a different verse. And also, the chorus features some guest vocals by I won't say who.

"THE GENERAL"

This is not a concept album, but this song has a concept. A very cool one. This song is just cool, that's the best way to put it.
The album is more light than heavy, but this song is more heavy than light. A rocker. It is a real rock song, and was even recorded
differently than the other one. It's a gift, really. To anyone who misses rock without beeping noises. Sorry for my lame descroption.
I was busy rocking out, than listening closely to pick out details for you guys.

"LEAVE ME ALONE"

Wow.

I thank you for reading, and hope I helped with something, you now know what to look foward too. And I never really ruined
anything, so no one should be mad at me.

I'll touch a few more subjects, might as well.
As for the other anonymous ones saying Izzy is the band, sorry kiddos. He's not.
He did record some material though, and has writing credits.
But he's not in Guns N' Roses. The band.

As for a single, the first one is "Better", just as described.

As for the superbowl, no. Nothing sheduled.

As for me, I'm just a guy trying to help.

Thanks.

(that includes his/orignal writers discribtions)

well i think, maybe, then maybe not

I saw that too, I replied to it saying I think it's bullshit.  We all know it is, we just want to believe.  I doubt things will start to really leak until February.
