You can listen to the tracks by pressing the icon on the left right outside the show,and of course download it on the green round icon. Wait for a couple of seconds for the download link to appear.

UPDATE: Wow! There are now 10GB available on a free account - which means I have room for more shows and what not. Up to 200mb files pr. upload.
