Yeah, back to the Ron love...

BBF tends to employ 2 specific guitar techniques:

1. The "I just punched you in the face with my awesome weapon of rock" style.

2. The "I just made you less of a man with my beautful crisp solo" method.

I believe the later is employed on CD, whilst both are combined on Nightrain, often leading to hither to unknown levels of fretless pwnage.

I love his work and in fact i cant get enough of his 2006 nighttrain solos BUT the soundboard guy should be shot (at download)

You can see him shred on the video and theres only the rythm part audio for like 30 seconds then the guy goes "OOPS, forgot BBF"

I love that man. His playing, the sound he can make out of his guitars, his playing (what cant that man play?) and his voice too. Damn unique!! And not just that but also what he does for the fans and others too. Just look on what he have just done a few days ago and soon going to... a man with a big heart of gold!

And his work in gnr... cannot get enough of his Nov. Rain and Nightrain from rar and his little wing n´don cry solo from Inland Invasion (fun enough listening to that solo atm. too)

I think I know how much you love Ronnnn! lol.
he is just truely awesome. Love his work (not saying i love him, that sounds so gay) as well. he is a great guy, his heart is just... a golden heart.
Damn i wanna download june 2th show already, lol. i want to hear his nightrain/dont cry/chi dem/ycbm/rocket queen/i.r.s./better/nr solos.

Want MORE from him. Sad he scrapped what he first had made for album. Cannot get enough of his playing!

oh, the RAR one is good, but the inland invasion one is better imo (NR solo).
He scrapped what for what album? didnt understand this part. Oh, and later on, if you want and if you can, we can talk about his solo work. which musics you like, which solos. i've got 6 albums, lol. I couldnt order any of his albums yet, so i downloaded them. but now i got a credit card... cant use it yet, though.
and we can also share some stuff, i also want to hear anything the guy played.

The nov. rain solo just keeps on getting better. The once from Mexico

Looking at him today and what he was like a years time when he joined gnr. He have changed so much. Not hiding as much. More seen. cannot wait to see what he will be like on stage with gnr in lets just say 1 more year And if it keeps on going this way for him...

This is actually pretty accurate. I do play guitar, so I can vouch for it....however i cannot play guitars suck (yet...my tapping has got to get quite a bit better).
Legatto means he strikes the first note on the string with a pick, and then hammers on the rest on that string. Its was gives the song its slurred sound.

However...I dont believe this to be his best solo at all...its incredible, but the way he plays in raygun...its just phenomenal. I also enjoy the one in fly in the batter quite a bit.
