well first of all (for those who dont know) Dirty Sanchez or Filthy Sanchez is a term describing the result of a person having a "mustache" made primarily of shit matter applied by the finger of the sexual partner.

The dirty Sanchez is generally taken to be action of Inserting one's finger OR Carrot in the partner's anus and smearing the dipped finger or Carrot across the partner's upper lip, effectively creating what may be viewed as a "mustache."
thats why this can be an awesome username imo.
