Arrived at the venue at 9:15, so the Suicide Girls had already been and gone. I managed to catch the last 2 songs by Helmet, which in my opinion was just pure noise and nothing else.
At 9:45 Sebastian Bach hit the stage, and I tell you, what a rocker. The guy still thinks he is in his early 20's. Unbelievable set, 18 & life, Youth Gone Wild, I remember you as well as many others. Baz really got the crowd going.

Sebastian Bach finished at 11:00 and then it was the wait for Axl & his crew. I was fully expecting a 12:00 start, but the opening riffs of WTTJ came at 11:50, and we were hit with 'Do you know where the fuck you are ?". The crowd went beserk.
The whole Appetite for Destruction album was played as well as KOHD, Live and let die, You could be mine, November Rain, Patience, Down On the farm, IRS, Better, Chinese Democracy and Madagascar (but not in this order). Axl had a couple of microphone issues, but his voice was as good as it has ever been & he constantly ran from one end of the stage to the other. Fantastic stuff.
Baz came on to sing My Michelle with Axl, and for me this was one of the highlights of the night. Great duet. Bubbles also made an appearance with Axl and they sang 'Liquor and Whores". What a character Bubbles is.
All this crap I keep on hearing about Guns and Roses are nothing without the former members is bullshit. He had 3 guitar players and they all played solos during the evening which were brilliant.
20 years on, Guns and Roses are still a force to be reckoned with. Keep rocking Axl.
