He is awesome and even though he's aged a little, just seeing him on stage again made me lose my mind!  I started cheering and screaming and could not stop!  The man is just so charismatic that you have to love him!!  It's like he was just made to be on stage and I've been to lots of other shows, but when he takes the stage it's just a feeling of euphoria from the crowd that I have never seen at any other show.  Seeing and hearing him again totally took me back 15 years and I was a 15-year-old in the audience again.  I thought I would miss the other band mates, and although it would have been nice to see Slash on stage again, it wasn't necessary.  Axl carried GNR all the way and I really didn't notice a difference between the show now and the shows I saw during the Use Your Illusion Tour.  He totally rocks and always will.  I fell in love with him and his music all over again and I was the same high school kid that was totally addicted to GNR back in the day!!

 

The show was great, Axl was amazing and I can't wait for the new album to come out so that I can get a fix of new music from him.  

 

As for the new band members, they were good musicians, but none of them really stood out like the old line-up did.  Honestly, Axl could have just gone out on tour as Axl Rose and didn't even need to use the GNR name because he is GNR and always will be.

 

I totally recommend any old GNR fan to go to the new shows because you won't be disappointed!!  Axl is so amazing and I love him and his music.  He writes awesome songs and I can't wait for the opportunity to see him live again.  I hope this album brings him tons of success because the world really needs more Axl Rose in it!!
